How am I different from other real estate agents?
Escrows are a complicated process. Between inspections, appraisals, and disclosures, many challenges can arise. I pride myself on being an expert problem solver so that we can make our way to a closed sale. I hold my client’s hand through the entire process.
I have been licensed since 2005. I have been an office top producer since 2008, and a top regional producer since 2010. I have also been recognized nationally for top quality service every year.
I will stage each home I list to provide the highest quality presentation, hire a professional photographer for internet visibility, create a virtual tour and syndicate it to all recognized real estate websites, host broker tours, provide polished marketing materials, and negotiate all aspects of the pre-listing, post listing and escrow – all the way to closing.
Communication is key to my profession. I am in continued contact with all of my clients from the beginning to thereafter, when my clients become my friends. I answer my phone after 9 pm and before 7 am, if my clients call. Many of my clients think that they are my only client, because I go to extreme measures to cater to each of my client’s needs.
